The Win-Win European Digital Innovation Hub project is herein referred to as “WIN2EDIH” or “we”.

1. Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

On behalf of WIN2EDIH, the Controller for the processing of your personal data is YEP, Ukraine.

The processing of your personal data can be done by either YEP as controller or by a trusted processor (e.g. third-party companies like IT services providers, hosting providers, etc. to which WIN2EDIH outsources some services involving processing operations in their quality of external data processors) engaged to that end.

WIN2EDIH is processing personal information submitted by you in the context of your use of the website application and/or attendance of one or more of the WIN2EDIH events or activities, including alumni events or educational programs, and/or the preparation and performance of the contracts you have with the WIN2EDIH and/or the projects of the WIN2EDIH.

Controller will transfer personal data only to trusted recipients such as marketing and event agencies, IT service providers, hosting providers, accountants, law firms, postal and courier companies (who process personal data on the controllers’ behalf). 

WIN2EDIH concludes a processing agreement with the parties that have access to personal data for the performance of their services. 

To realize the Project data can be transferred also to Project Partners and European Commission For some processing activities performed, it is possible that your data is processed outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, we ensure that data transfers comply with GDPR requirements, for example, through the use of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other safeguards as required by GDPR.

We do not provide any personal data to other parties except when required under our contractual obligations with WIN2EDIH, by law or by court order.

6. What rights do you have regarding the processing of your personal data?

Due to the fact that we process your personal data, you have the right to:

You also have a right to object to processing of your personal data for all purposes indicated above (according to the Article 21 of GDPR).

When the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you may revoke this at any time. Revocation of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before withdrawal.

As a rule, the Controller obtains data directly from you. If we obtain data from another source, you will be informed separately and clearly.

8. How do we protect your personal data and how long do we keep your personal data?

WIN2EDIH takes reasonable security measures to protect your personal data from destruction, loss, modification or any other unauthorized processing. WIN2EDIH does not store your personal data for longer than necessary for the purposes for which it is stored. Typically, due to the requirements of the Grant Agreement and the European Commission, it is 5 years from the end of the Project.
