The Ukrainian Startup Fund has opened applications for a delegation of Ukrainian startups to join Valencia Digital Summit 2026, taking place on 21–22 October in Valencia, Spain, as part of the WIN2EDIH project.

VDS 2026 is one of Europe’s leading tech summits, bringing together 12,000+ participants, 3,000 startups, and thousands of corporations and investors. This year’s theme: how artificial intelligence becomes infrastructure across industries.

Up to 10 selected startups will receive tickets for the two-day Summit, an introduction to Valencia’s innovation ecosystem, meetings with relevant stakeholders, and networking with local startups and tech ecosystem players. The Valencia programme for the Ukrainian delegation, developed in cooperation with the partner European Digital Innovation Hub InnDIH (Valencia), will include additional meetings, side events, and networking from 20–23 October.

Startups may apply if they are at Seed stage or above, work in AI, MedTech, GreenTech, Cybersecurity, FinTech, DeepTech or related fields, are ready to expand into international markets (including the EU and/or Latin America), have revenue/ARR or proven traction, and have a team ready for active networking during VDS. Travel and accommodation expenses are not covered by the organisers.
