In 2025, Win-Win EDIH became part of the European network of digital hubs working to make digital tools accessible to small and medium businesses, startups, public institutions, and education teams. The hub covers the Kyiv, Chernihiv, and Zhytomyr regions, though most services are available online.
Responding to clients faster, saving time on routine tasks, finding the “bottleneck” in a process, forecasting demand more accurately — these are all examples of how small and medium businesses and government bodies can use artificial intelligence tools with support from Win-Win EDIH.
Teams come to the hub with a range of requests: some want to automate part of their processes, others want to test an idea, understand where to start with digital transformation, or prepare to take part in international programs. Most often, a need for AI tools turns up at the intersection of all these requests. And even if a team doesn’t yet know exactly which tools it needs, the hub helps figure that out.
What services are available?
The hub’s services cover training, consultations, testing, and ongoing support. They adapt to an organization’s level of digital maturity and are updated as the market evolves.
- Training “AI Tools for Business” teaches participants to use algorithms for analyzing customer data, forecasting financial results, optimizing marketing campaigns, and automating routine tasks. Participants master basic concepts and gain practical skills — from setting up a chatbot to building a demand-forecasting model.
- Training “Using AI Tools in Public Administration” is designed for teams looking to improve the efficiency of administrative processes. It covers deploying digital assistants, basic AI-based solutions for systematizing citizen inquiries, and principles for integrating new tools into existing government infrastructure.
- Training “Digital Innovation: The Role of AI in Architecture” shows how modern generative tools help automate the creation of visual content — from generating design options to interactive project presentations. Participants get familiar with tools like Prome AI and SketchUp and learn to combine them effectively.
- Training “Using Digital Innovation in Your Own Business” focuses on how small businesses and self-employed professionals can adapt digital technologies to their own processes: bookkeeping, sales, and customer communication. The format combines training with a practical diagnosis of business needs.
The hub also offers individual consultations on:
- implementing AI-based analytics;
- using systems for demand and risk forecasting;
- improving marketing effectiveness through personalized solutions;
- automating customer interactions (chatbots, robo-advisors);
- analyzing operational processes and identifying points of growth.
How does it work?
- A team reaches out to the hub with a request (even if it’s not clearly defined yet).
- Win-Win EDIH conducts a digital maturity assessment or an introductory consultation.
- A relevant service is then selected: training, access to a tool, testing, or mentoring.
- As a result, the team gains not just new knowledge but practical tools they can apply right away.
