On 23–24 December 2025, National University “Chernihiv Polytechnic” organized an online training within WIN2EDIH aimed at developing management and organizational competencies. The training’s goal was to build the organizational and management skills needed to effectively prepare and implement grant project initiatives.

Over the two days, participants covered the structure and requirements of grant and project applications, best practices for preparing competitive proposals, strategic planning in project work, project management across different implementation stages, and risk identification and mitigation in the context of digital transformation.

The programme included a hands-on workshop where participants worked with elements of real project applications and received expert recommendations. Professor Nataliia Kholiavko and Associate Professor Anna Verbytska shared their practical experience. The training was delivered under the WIN-WIN EDIH project with support from the European Union’s Digital Europe Programme.
