Workshop: “Developing Grant Project Concepts”

On 12 and 14 May 2026, during Science Week at National University “Chernihiv Polytechnic,” the Project Activity Centre, within WIN2EDIH, organized an offline workshop to build practical skills among faculty and students in preparing grant project concepts that meet the requirements of international programmes and competitions.

Representatives from all of the university’s educational and research institutes took part, enabling experience-sharing across disciplines. On the first day, participants learned about the specifics of Erasmus+ and Horizon Europe, examined the structure of an application and how to build a project budget, and worked in groups to define structural components, formulate goals and results, and critically analyze sample applications.

On the second day, participants reviewed examples of work package structuring — objectives, tasks, deliverables, and milestones — refined their own project concepts, presented their results, and received recommendations for further development.

The event was held under the WIN2EDIH project with co-financing from the European Union, grant agreement No. 101191647, under the Digital Europe Programme.
