On 27 and 30 June 2026, Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman, as part of the WIN2EDIH project, held an introductory online course kicking off a series of trainings on digital transformation. The session aimed to build an understanding of digital transformation principles before moving on to practical tools and real-world case analysis.

The trainer was Olha Denysova, associate professor at KNEU’s Department of Information Systems in Economics. Topics covered included the reasons digital projects fail, the roles of leadership and staff, the competencies required, collaboration between business and IT departments, assessing organizational readiness, and risk management.
