An online training program for startup founders at the idea and pre-MVP stage, providing fundamental knowledge on starting a business and avoiding common beginner mistakes. The core program lasts 3-4 weeks, focusing on the following topics: ideation & LEAN approach, problem-solution fit, customer research, and marketing.
