National University “Chernihiv Polytechnic,” representing the WIN2EDIH consortium, has signed a memorandum of understanding with Location Innovation Hub (LIH), operating under Finland’s National Land Survey.
The memorandum focuses on developing cooperation between European Digital Innovation Hubs, with particular attention to the needs of Ukraine’s Deep Tech sector. The parties agreed to share experience on successful EDIH operations across Europe; conduct joint research into the needs of SMEs in Finland and Ukraine; run seminars, training sessions, and knowledge-exchange events; share expertise, infrastructure, and data for joint projects; and coordinate initiatives supporting Ukraine’s post-war business and infrastructure recovery.
The partnership expands opportunities for the Ukrainian and Finnish innovation ecosystems to exchange experience and best practices, and provides additional resources supporting Ukrainian SMEs and startups through WIN2EDIH’s activities.
