On 19 August 2026, 17:00–18:00, an online lecture, “AI Regulation and Copyright: Who Owns AI-Generated Output?”, was held as part of the course “Legal Aspects of Deep Tech Projects,” designed to provide legal support for startups and small and medium-sized businesses at various stages of growth.
The session was aimed at companies, product teams, and professionals actively integrating artificial intelligence into their workflows who want to mitigate intellectual property risks. Participants discussed how current legislation interprets AI-generated content, who actually owns the rights to code, text, or design, and how to protect proprietary solutions. The session also covered global and local AI regulation trends, the legal risks of using popular AI tools, and key nuances when drafting contracts with teams and clients.
